Madison Simm

Madison Simm serves as Managing Director and the head of Texas Capital Bank Real Estate. Simm is focused on positioning the bank's Mortgage Finance division as a market leader with the best products, services, client support, and innovation.

Simm joined Texas Capital Bank in February 2019, bringing more than 20 years of mortgage banking experience. Previously, Simm was chief financial officer of Pacific Union Financial, LLC, a privately-owned, top-20 national mortgage lender and servicer. During his seven-year tenure with Pacific Union Financial, Simm was also head of technology and strategic projects, oversaw many administrative functions, and was instrumental in the sale of Pacific Union Financial to Mr. Cooper (formerly known as Nationstar Mortgage).

Simm's career has been focused on turnarounds and builds in the mortgage origination and servicing industry with financial, business, and project leadership roles. In addition to the development of Pacific Union Financial, Simm helped recapitalize and redesign mortgage platforms from the ashes of the financial crisis of 2008-2012. He helped grow Aurora Loan Services to a top-10 mortgage originator and servicer and top-3 master servicer and helped Wells Fargo achieve the #1 position as home equity leader in 1999-2002. Prior to being involved in the mortgage industry, Simm was focused on healthcare finance with Johns Hopkins University and University of California medical systems. 

Simm received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
