Angela Nguyen is an Analyst with Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. In her role, she works closely with her peers to support client relationships holistically. Her responsibilities include supporting private client advisors in the development of client pitch materials, client analysis and financial planning, assisting the investment team with research and analysis, in addition to working closely with banking advisors on credit packages and strategy meetings.

Angela started full-time at Texas Capital Bank in 2021 as a Banking Analyst in the STARs Program. Upon completion of the program, she transitioned to her current role as a Private Wealth Analyst. Joshua D. Dietz is an Executive Director, Wealth Strategist at Texas Capital Bank. He is committed to providing an inclusive and collaborative planning approach for clients seeking to maximize and protect their wealth.

Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank, Dietz served as Corporate Vice President for The Nautilus Group, providing business succession and estate planning consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate executives, among others. He has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching business law and ethics classes at the University of North Texas.

Dietz earned his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan Law School, and his B.S. from the University of Texas at Arlington. He studied communication in conflict at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law Straus Institute.

Dietz volunteers as a guest speaker at Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He has presented continuing legal education courses on ethics for the Texas State Bar; authored articles for the Texas State Bar Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Reporter; and was a contributing author for New York Life’s Nautilus Newsletter. He is a member of the Texas Bar College, the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Tax Section, and the Florida Bar.

Jennifer joined Texas Capital in May 2023, bringing to her role more than 21 years of experience serving clients. Previously, she served as regional lending director at Wells Fargo Advisors, where she was responsible for lending balance growth in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. She has also held roles with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

With over 35 years of banking experience, Carole has held a variety of banking positions. She joined Texas Capital Bank in 1999 as the Banking Center Manager at Corporate Headquarters. This gave her great insight to bank operations, client onboarding and customer service. After 8 years in that position, Carole joined the Funds Management Team where she assisted clients with specialized investment products. When the Private Wealth team reorganized, Carole was quickly brought in to design and create specialty banking products for the PWA clients and build the bridge between banking and investments. In her current position she enjoys being the “Deposit Concierge” and creating an exceptional client experience through providing banking solutions and service to manage unique banking needs for her Private Wealth Clients.

Carole attended both North Texas State University and East Texas State University (currently Texas A&M University - Commerce). Carole is a member of the Oak Cliff Lions Club having served as Board Member and Club Chaplain. She is also a recipient of the Lions Club Grass Roots Award. She and her husband Scott have three children and twelve grandchildren.

Ryan McGrew is Vice President and Fiduciary Officer for Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. In his role, he is responsible for managing fiduciary and custody relationships.

Ryan began his career at Fidelity Investments where he held several positions including Customer Service Supervisor, Mutual Fund Trading Specialist, and Equity Trader. In 2000, he joined J. P. Morgan Private Wealth Management as an Account Opening Asset Transfer Specialist. He later moved to their Account Closing Unit where he served as a Trust Account Closing Administrator. Ryan then joined J. P. Morgan’s Nonprofit and Charitable Account Administration Group, a national Center of Excellence charged with the development and delivery of specialized services to nonprofit and charitable clients. As a Nonprofit Administrator, Ryan was the central point of contact for nonprofit and charitable clients and all account servicing activities. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Nancy joined Texas Capital Bank from Northern Trust, where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager.  Prior to joining Northern Trust, Nancy was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lee Financial.  Nancy spent 10 years as Research Director for a family office, focusing on domestic large cap equity research.  She began her career at Bank of America where she joined the trust department as Personal Trust Portfolio Manager after a stint in credit training and restructuring underperforming loans. 

A CFA charter holder, Nancy earned her BBA from Texas Christian University.

Zorn joined Texas Capital Bank in September 2022, bringing to his role over 30 years of banking and investment management experience. Previously, Zorn served as SVP for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank. Prior to that, he held successive senior leadership roles, as EVP and North Texas Chairman for Independent Bank and Chief Development Officer for Northwestern Mutual.

Zorn earned his Bachelor of Arts and his Masters in International Management from Baylor University. He holds the Series 7 and 65 investment licenses, and the CLU designation. Passionate about giving back to the community, Zorn serves as Chairman of the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA Foundation.

Mark R. Frears is a Managing Director and Investment Advisor with Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors. Prior to joining Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors, Mark worked in the Corporate Treasury Group at Texas Capital Bank for over 20 years. His experience there included chairing the Asset Liability Committee, managing the investment portfolio, and overseeing liquidity, balance sheet and interest rate risk. He has been with the bank since July 1999. Mark received a B.S. from University of Washington and an M.B.A. in Finance from University of Texas – Dallas.

Prior to joining Texas Capital, David served as a Senior Relationship Strategist at PNC Private Bank and as a Private Banker at Morgan Stanley in Dallas, TX. He started his career in wealth management with Merrill Lynch, before joining the Private banking teams at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. David is active in the Dallas community as a board member with Aspire (Formerly LIFT for Literacy and Aberg Center for Literacy) and is also a member of the 12th Man Foundation. David is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, where he received his BBA in Finance. David is a proud father to his two sons, Graham and Reid.
