Due to inclement weather, our San Antonio Quarry Heights Financial Center is closed Tuesday, January 21, 2025, and our Northwest Houston Financial Center is open by appointment only. All other locations remain open with normal hours of operation.

Reverse Positive Pay

Reverse Positive Pay is one of many fraud prevention tools that Texas Capital offers. This service allows you to monitor and review checks written off your accounts. All checks will present within the Account Reconciliation tab as an exception. All items will be available for you to review and decision.

Customers will have the option to choose the following return reason codes:

  • Stale Dated
  • Duplicate
  • Fraudulent
  • Refer to Maker (Note: this is the default reason used when items are returned )
