Texas Capital Releases 2024 Our Values in Action Report

Texas Capital is proud to announce the release of “Our Values in Action,” the firm’s 2024 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report. This comprehensive report highlights Texas Capital’s commitment to empowering stakeholders, strengthening its communities, fueling the Texas economy and protecting the environment.

As the premier full-service financial services firm in Texas, Texas Capital has made meaningful strides toward furthering its mission to serve Texas communities. As part of this mission, Texas Capital has increased access to finance in support of diverse businesses and organizations to build thriving communities that help grow the Texas economy.  

In this report, Texas Capital shares its work in promoting environmental sustainability; supporting employees with exceptional resources; practicing diversity, equity and inclusion in all areas of the business; and making significant financial contributions to local communities, resulting in more than $4 million in philanthropic gifts to 105 Texas-based nonprofit organizations, as well as 12,000 volunteer hours in 2023.
