Texas Capital Bank Client Support will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 19, 2026. We will be back to our normal 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM support hours on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Due to inclement weather, the following Texas Capital Financial Centers will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 - Trinity Groves and Southlake. All other locations will remain open for normal hours of operation. 

Standard Loan Documents

Outside counsel documenting loan transactions on behalf of Texas Capital Bank is required to use our standard loan documents to the extent practicable. The current versions of all standard loan documents are available by contacting the Legal Department.
