Jean Davis
Jean Davis delivers comprehensive personal trust services in her role as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Officer. With more than 30 years experience in all areas of trust management, estate settlement, and client service, Jean assists clients regarding complex fiduciary matters. She is known for providing in-depth personal advice and service for her trust beneficiary clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Jean also coordinates the overall trust relationship with the entire Texas Capital Bank team which includes the Private Client Advisor, Investment Advisor and Banking Advisor, for an exceptional client experience.
Jean began her career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank (and the various banks that were acquired by JPMorgan Chase over the years), spending 30-plus years in their trust department. She advanced to ultimately serve as a trust officer where she managed the trusts of significant family relationships in Central Texas. Jean then served as a Senior Fiduciary Officer at Wells Fargo prior to joining Texas Capital Bank Private Wealth Advisors in early 2020.
Joshua Holdman
Joshua Holdman is an Executive Director, Relationship Manager for Private Wealth Advisors at Texas Capital Bank. He is responsible for providing high-net-worth clients with comprehensive solutions customized to their individual needs. Holdman is a versatile sales professional adept at building and nurturing strong, trust-based
relationships while developing effective strategies for organizational growth.
Holdman joined Texas Capital Bank in September 2022. Previously, he served as a Senior Wealth Management Banker for UBS Wealth Management, where he navigated complex transactions and collaborated across the organization to deliver strategic lending solutions designed to meet each client’s unique needs. Prior to UBS Wealth Management, Holdman served as a Private Mortgage Banker for Wells Fargo Bank, providing opportunities for upscale home financing. He has also worked for Comerica Bank.
Holdman earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a Certified Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), and a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) licensee. Holdman also volunteers as a men’s ministry leader for Zao Church.
Chai Lisk is Executive Director, Senior Private Client Advisor for Private Wealth Advisors at Texas Capital Bank. He is responsible for client development, relationship management and investment advisory wealth services. He is committed to providing Texas Capital Bank clients with sound financial advice and world-class service.
Chai joined Texas Capital Bank in November 2022. Previously, he served as a Regional Vice President and Group Manager with Fisher Investments, where he leveraged strategic expertise to manage portfolios, provide investment advice and identify opportunities for clients to achieve their financial goals. He also traded commodities on the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Chai has over 20 years working in the capital markets and the financial services industry.
Chai earned a BA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is an active volunteer in Austin.
Brad is an Executive Director and Senior Private Client Advisor. Along with his colleagues on the Private Wealth Advisors team, Brad utilizes his 19 years of experience advising high net worth individuals, families, and business owners on the path to achieving their legacy. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ professional, he has a deep understanding of investments, insurance and planning and is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions that are coordinated with his client’s team of advisors including their CPA, estate planning attorney, and other professionals. Brad received his BBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor and his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is active in the Austin community as President of the Austin chapter of Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) and a board member with Positive Coaching Alliance. He is also a member of the Baylor Angel Network.
Greg is an Executive Director, Senior Investment Advisor for Private Wealth Advisors at Texas Capital. In his role, he works with institutions, family offices and individual investors to construct asset allocation policies and manage multi-asset class investment portfolios. Greg joined Texas Capital in May 2021. He brings 30 years of experience in investment management to his role.
Previously, Greg served as Senior Investment Officer (SIO) at Northern Trust where he was responsible for ~$1 billion in the Austin/Central Texas region. As SIO, he was a member of the West Region Investment Leadership Team, serving on a wide range of governance committees. Additionally, he was a member of the Northern Trust Institute, a firm wide research center dedicated to advising affluent families and institutions.
Prior to Northern Trust, Greg served as a Managing Director for Schwab Institutional where his team of research analysts and consultants were responsible for $35 billion in retirement plan assets. Greg co-chaired the construction of the Institutional Strategies Focus List, a proprietary multi-asset class research process, and led client engagements in both the U.S. and Canada. Prior to Schwab Institutional, Greg held senior portfolio management positions with both J.P Morgan Private Bank and Bank of America Private Bank where he managed ~$1 billion in multi-asset class portfolios, including separate accounts for U.S. large cap equities and core fixed income.
Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Harding University, a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Austin CFA Society.
Greg currently serves on the Endowment Committee for Regents School of Austin, the Advisory Board for the Texas Alternative Foundation and is a prior trustee of the Dell Medical Center Children’s Trust. He and his wife founded Boy Scouts of America - Troop 25 as well as Knights Lacrosse, one of the largest youth lacrosse programs in Central Texas. Greg is an active volunteer with Mobile Loaves and Fishes and the Central Texas Food Bank. Additionally, Greg currently serves on Texas Capital Bancshares 401(k) governance committee.
Marc Dunbar is Vice President, Investment Advisor for Private Wealth Advisors at Texas Capital. He is responsible for managing investment portfolios for institutions, family offices and individual investors. In his role, Marc develops asset allocation policies for clients while providing comprehensive investment advice.
Marc joined Texas Capital in July 2023. Prior, he served as an investment professional at Northern Trust and AXA Advisors where he worked with successful families in Austin and greater central Texas.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He is involved in young professional groups in the Austin area as well as young alumni organizations.
