Jean Davis
Jean Davis delivers comprehensive personal trust services in her role as Vice President and Senior Fiduciary Officer at Texas Capital Private Bank. With more than 30 years experience in all areas of trust management, estate settlement, and client service, Jean assists clients regarding complex fiduciary matters. She is known for providing in-depth personal advice and service for her trust beneficiary clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Jean also coordinates the overall trust relationship with the entire Texas Capital team for an exceptional client experience.
Jean began her career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank (and the various banks that were acquired by JPMorgan Chase over the years), spending 30-plus years in their trust department. She advanced to ultimately serve as a trust officer where she managed the trusts of significant family relationships in Central Texas. Jean then served as a Senior Fiduciary Officer at Wells Fargo prior to joining Texas Capital in early 2020.
John Jusztin is Executive Director, Private Client Advisor for Texas Capital Private Bank in San Antonio. He works with high-net-worth families and individuals, family offices and small businesses.
John joined Texas Capital in September of 2022, bringing to his role more than 25 years of banking and finance experience with special focus on construction finance, mortgage finance, securities-based lines of credit and unsecured lending. Previously, John served as a senior vice president of private and business banking at Broadway Bank, where he specialized in customized lending for clients’ business and personal needs. Prior to that, he worked for Amegy Bank’s private bank based out of Houston, where he managed a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with specific lending, wealth management and depository needs. He has also held escalating roles with Bank of America.
Yadira “Liz” Medina is Executive Director, Senior Private Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. She consults on services such as private banking, mortgages, securities-based lines of credit and other lending structures to provide tailored private banking and lending solutions that allow high-net-worth clients to achieve their goals for generations to come.
Liz joined Texas Capital in March 2023, bringing 23 years of banking experience to her role. Previously, she served as a private banker with PNC Private Bank, focused on creating holistic banking solutions designed to serve private wealth clients and their families. Prior, Liz specialized in commercial lending and medical financing in her role as a top-performing business banking relationship manager for BBVA Compass before its purchase by PNC. She has also held roles with San Antonio National Bank and Citibank.
Liz serves as co-vice chair on the board of the Maestro Entrepreneur Center. She is an active volunteer with Haven for Hope, the San Antonio Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
Sonali Patel is Vice President, Private Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. She is responsible for serving as a trusted point of contact within the firm while providing thoughtful solutions that ensure the growth and protection of clients’ wealth for generations to come.
Sonali joined Texas Capital in November 2022. She has nine years of experience in the financial industry across multiple asset classes. Previously, Sonali served as an institutional sales and trading associate at Macro Risk Advisors where she specialized in options trading and strategy. Prior to that, she served as a private securities Vice President at Forge where she brokered and executed private securities transactions in the secondary market while expanding Forge’s East Coast presence and coverage. She began her career as an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Sonali earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in neurobiology at Northwestern University with a minor in business management from the Kellogg School of Management. She serves on the board of directors for Teach for America and for the San Antonio local nonprofit Restore Education.
David Stevens is Executive Director, Senior Investment Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. He is responsible for managing the investments and asset allocations of wealthy clients across multiple asset classes.
David began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP, providing assurance and advisory business services for private investment companies, hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds. He then joined Credit Suisse Family Wealth Management as an Associate Portfolio Manager with responsibility for managing over $800 million across ten asset classes for ultra-high net worth clients, including foundations, endowments and profit-sharing plans. David also was the Co-Manager of separately managed fixed income accounts totaling over $100 million. He then joined J.P. Morgan Private Bank as a Global Investment Specialist and Portfolio Manager with direct management of over $400 million in assets and $600 million of assets under his supervision for high-net-worth families and foundations. As an Investment Advisor for Texas Capital, he focuses on portfolio management across multiple asset classes and works closely with his clients to align their financial plan and investment portfolio with their short-term and long-term financial goals. In addition to his duties as an investment advisor, David manages the firm's Customized Municipal Bond Strategy, which has grown by nearly $200 million in assets over the past 2 years.
David received a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelors of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Nature Conservancy and an active supporter of the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
