Jennifer Andersen is Executive Director, Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Private Bank. She is responsible for providing private banking and lending solutions to optimize financial performance and operational strategy. She offers advice and services which include private banking, commercial real estate lending, residential mortgage financing, one-time-close construction loans, ranch loans, securities-based lines of credit and other lending structures. Her expertise encompasses high-net-worth individuals and families as well as key executives and business owners.
Jennifer joined Texas Capital in May 2023, bringing to her role more than 21 years of experience serving clients. Previously, she served as regional lending director at Wells Fargo Advisors, where she was responsible for lending balance growth in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets. She has also held roles with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
Hailee Binet is Vice President, Investment Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. She serves high-net-worth clients, helping to create investment strategies that fit their long-term goals. Hailee’s role also includes building and maintaining the investment model portfolios, trading discretionary client accounts, and conducting due diligence for manager selection. She assists the Chief Investment Officer with ongoing portfolio management and research.
Hailee started full-time at Texas Capital as a credit underwriter after previously interning for the Private Bank. As a credit underwriter, she went through a rigorous 10-month training program, in which she conducted in-depth debt analysis on companies within various industries, including general commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, energy, and mortgage servicing.
Hailee graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Brandon J. Butler is a Vice President and Financial Planner who partners with other subject matter experts across Texas Capital Private Bank to provide advice to high-net-worth clients. He enhances our valuable client relationships by seeking to understand the unique priorities of each individual and by developing and implementing customized, comprehensive financial solutions to achieve their goals.
Brandon started his career in public accounting at Saville, Dodgen, & Company in Dallas, providing clients tax compliance through tax return preparation for individuals and businesses, including partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, trust, and state-franchise returns in many industries. He then furthered his tax experience at American Airlines in their corporate tax department, where he focused on corporate state tax return preparation and research for all states and territories in which the airline conducted business. Brandon then expanded his skills and experience at Moss, Luse, & Womble, LLC, where he broadened his client focus from tax planning to wealth management and holistic financial planning.
In his role at Moss, Luse & Womble, he excelled in communicating with clients in the areas of retirement, cash flow, risk management, and investment planning. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner and a Certified Public Accountant.
Nancy Champion is Executive Director, Senior Investment Advisor with Texas Capital Private Bank. She has more than 25 years of experience in investment management, with a focus on private wealth. She works with families, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and not-for-profit organizations designing investment portfolios to help clients reach their unique financial goals. Nancy believes strongly in the benefits of translating complex financial concepts into “plain English” for her clients.
Nancy joined Texas Capital from Northern Trust, where she was a Senior Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Nancy was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Lee Financial. Nancy spent 10 years as Research Director for a family office, focusing on domestic large cap equity research. She began her career at Bank of America where she joined the trust department as Personal Trust Portfolio Manager after a stint in credit training and restructuring underperforming loans.
A CFA charter holder, Nancy earned her BBA from Texas Christian University.
Joshua D. Dietz is an Executive Director, Wealth Strategist at Texas Capital Private Bank. He provides advice to high-net-worth investors and business owners across all industries. He is committed to providing an inclusive and collaborative planning approach for clients seeking to maximize and protect their wealth.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, Joshua served as Corporate Vice President for The Nautilus Group, providing business succession and estate planning consulting services for high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporate executives, among others. He has also served as an adjunct professor, teaching business law and ethics classes at the University of North Texas.
Joshua earned his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, his J.D. from Texas Wesleyan Law School, and his B.S. from the University of Texas at Arlington. He studied communication in conflict at the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law Straus Institute. Joshua volunteers as a guest speaker at Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He has presented continuing legal education courses on ethics for the Texas State Bar; authored articles for the Texas State Bar Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Reporter; and was a contributing author for New York Life’s Nautilus Newsletter. He is a member of the Texas Bar College, the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar Tax Section and the Florida Bar.
Mark R. Frears is Managing Director, Investment Advisor with Texas Capital Private Bank. He works closely with clients to find the best investment strategy, balancing risk and reward specific to each client. The insights into markets and comprehensive investment choices allow him to work through multiple scenarios. Mark specializes in investment advising, working closely with the Private Bank team to provide a strategic plan geared to the individual goals of the client. He sits on the Investment Committee and provides economic updates for clients and bank employees.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, Mark worked in the Corporate Treasury Group at Texas Capital more than 20 years. His experience there included chairing the Asset Liability Committee, managing the investment portfolio, and overseeing liquidity, balance sheet and interest rate risk. He has been with the firm since July 1999. Mark received a Bachelor of Science from University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of Texas – Dallas.
Danny Krenger
Danny Krenger is Vice President, Private Client Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Private Bank. In his role, Danny serves as a banking specialist providing comprehensive custom credit and deposit solutions to high-net-worth individuals and affluent families. He offers advice and services including concierge private banking, commercial real estate lending, residential mortgage financing, one-time-close construction loans, ranch loans, securities-based lines of credit and other lending structures.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, Danny worked in energy banking for two years as a portfolio manager. He enjoys working with business owners and individuals as they consider various lending strategies to achieve their goals and objectives. Danny has Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.
Bryan Kucholtz is Managing Director, Head of Texas Capital Private Bank. His responsibilities include leadership of all aspects of Texas Capital's Private Client and Banking services.
Bryan joined Texas Capital in June 2022, bringing to his role more than 30 years of banking and finance experience, specifically in leading and growing all aspects of retail/institutional banking and wealth management across several states. Previously, he served as EVP, Regional Sales Manager - North Texas for PNC Investment Co., where he was responsible for supervision of a PNC’s Brokerage and Wealth divisions in the North Texas Region. Prior to that, he held successive wealth management positions at BBVA, Comerica, and JP Morgan Chase. While at BBVA Investment Services, he previously led 265 advisors and bankers across seven states and was responsible for over $25 billion in client assets.
Bryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Dallas and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Wealth Strategist and Accredited Investment Fiduciary.
Mauro Marquez is Executive Director, Senior Investment Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. He focuses on structuring investment strategies for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Mauro joined Texas Capital in September 2022 and has more than 14 years of financial services experience. Previously, he served as Vice President, Wealth Advisor Associate at Neuberger Berman where he worked closely with high-net-worth clients to create customized investment strategies to meet their financial goals and objectives.
Mauro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance at the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He was also awarded the Certified Private Wealth Advisor®️ (CPWA®️) and Certified Investment Management Analyst®️ (CIMA®️) designations by the Investments & Wealth Institute.
Angela Nguyen is an Associate at Texas Capital Private Bank. In her role, she works closely with her advisor and team to serve as a key resource in supporting client relationships holistically.
Angela joined Texas Capital in August 2021 as a Banking Analyst in the STARs Program. Upon completion of the program, she transitioned into a Private Client Analyst role. In this position, her responsibilities included supporting private client advisors in the development of client pitch materials, client analysis and financial planning; assisting the investment team with research and analysis; and working closely with banking advisors on underwriting credit packages and strategy meetings. In March 2024, she transitioned to her current role.
Angela earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Steve is the Chief Investment Officer at Texas Capital Private Bank. He is responsible for the strategy, construction and performance of client portfolios and trusts.
With over 30 years of portfolio management experience, Steve joined Texas Capital from Communities Foundation of Texas where he managed investments and helped to raise the Foundation’s performance to among the highest in their peer groups of universities and foundations.
Steve earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in math at the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s in Business at Texas State and a Juris Doctorate at St. Mary’s School of Law. He is an attorney, CFA® and CMT® charter holder.
Roy G. Popham
Roy Popham is a Managing Director and Senior Private Client Advisor for Texas Capital Private Bank. Together, with a team of advisors, Roy delivers comprehensive advice including wealth advisory, investment management, custom credit solutions, personal trust services, and concierge private banking to high-net-worth individuals and affluent families. With over 30 years of experience advising clients and with his deep understanding of investments, estate planning, financial planning and philanthropy, Roy assists his client in achieving their goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Texas Capital Private Bank, Roy was a Managing Director with the JPMorgan Private Bank. Roy is a graduate of the University of Texas.
Jud Riley is Assistant Vice President, Senior Portfolio Research Associate at Texas Capital Private Bank. He is responsible for assisting the team with investment research and strategy.
Jud joined Texas Capital in 2022. Previously, he served at Coquest, Inc., in Dallas, where he was responsible for product research and due diligence on liquid alternative investment strategies.
Jud earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance Application from Southern Methodist University. He holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
David Sirna is Executive Director, Senior Private Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. David utilizes his 24 years of experience advising high net worth individuals, families, and business owners on the path to achieving their legacy. He has a deep understanding of investments, insurance and planning and is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions that are coordinated with his client’s team of advisors including their CPA, estate planning attorney, and other professionals.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, David served as a Senior Relationship Strategist at PNC Private Bank and as a Private Banker at Morgan Stanley in Dallas, TX. He started his career in wealth management with Merrill Lynch, before joining the Private banking teams at JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo. David is active in the Dallas community as a board member with Aspire (Formerly LIFT for Literacy and Aberg Center for Literacy) and is also a member of the 12th Man Foundation. David is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, where he received his BBA in Finance.
Annie Williams is an Associate Private Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. She provides meaningful experiences to clients by taking the time to understand their priorities and goals. Annie provides comprehensive advice that includes wealth advisory, custom credit solutions, and financial planning.
Annie started at Texas Capital in 2019 as a credit underwriter in the Commercial Banking Development Program after previously interning for the bank. She continued her career as a risk analyst for the Commercial Bank where she provided qualitative and quantitative analysis for current and prospective borrowers. Annie is a graduate from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Financial Applications.
Jody Zorn is Executive Director, Senior Private Client Advisor for Texas Capital Private Bank. He leads and builds teams of specialists to serve individuals, families, business leaders and foundations to help achieve their own unique wealth and planning objectives.
Jody joined Texas Capital in September 2022, bringing to his role over 30 years of banking and investment management experience. Previously, he served as SVP for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank. Prior to that, he held successive senior leadership roles, as EVP and North Texas Chairman for Independent Bank and Chief Development Officer for Northwestern Mutual.
Jody earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master in International Management at Baylor University. He holds the Series 7 and 65 investment licenses, and the CLU designation. Passionate about giving back to the community, Jody serves as Chairman of the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA Foundation.
