Texas Capital’s “Win 4 Tickets to the National Medal of Honor Museum” Giveaway is sponsored by Texas Capital Bank. The Giveaway begins on March 25, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on April 8, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. CST (the “Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Texas, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Texas Capital Bank and its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to win. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries by Texas Capital, whose decisions are final in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by the Texas Capital Instagram account via direct message on Instagram only, on or about April 8, 2025. If a potential winner cannot be reached after reasonable efforts within two (2) business days from the first attempt to contact them, is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner must select a date for ticket attendance by October 8, 2025. The winner must provide their email, first name and last name via Instagram direct message. 

4. *PRIZE PACKAGE: 4 tickets to visit the National Medal of Honor Museum (Approximate Retail Value $124 USD). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution is allowed. 

5. CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the prize winner(s).
