Paola Arbour was appointed to the Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. Board of Directors in 2021. She is a member of its Governance and Nominating committee and is Chair of its Technology Committee. 

Ms. Arbour currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Tenet Healthcare, where she oversees the leadership and strategic direction of Tenet’s information technology systems and supports the company’s extensive care network through digital technology, data analytics, automation and customer experience optimization. Ms. Arbour has more than 40 years of experience leading and transforming information-technology organizations. Prior to joining Tenet, she served in leadership roles at ProV International and ServiceNow. 

Ms. Arbour is also a member of the Blumberg Capital Innovation Council, an Advisory Board Member for both Michigan State University Broad College of Business and Netskope, and Co-Chair of the American Heart Association Dallas Go Red for Women.
