Ranjana B. Clark

Ranjana B. Clark was elected as a Director of Texas Capital Bancshares Inc. in 2025 and currently serves as a member of the Audit and Technology Committees.

Ms. Clark most recently served with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group as the Head of Global Transaction Banking and, before that, as Head of Transaction Banking, Americas. Prior, she served as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at PayPal Inc. She has also served at various financial institutions in executive roles spanning global payments, marketing, strategy and business leadership.  

In addition to Texas Capital, Ms. Clark serves as a Board Member and Chair, Compensation Committee, and Member, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, for Xometry Inc. She also serves as a Board Member for InvestCloud Inc. and as a Board Member and Member, Audit Committee, and Member, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, for StanCorp Financial Group Inc. She serves on the President’s Leadership Council of the Asia Foundation and is a fellow at Stanford University in the Distinguished Careers Institute.  

Ms. Clark earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at the University of Delhi; a Master of Business Administration at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and a Master of Business Administration at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
