Mo Jamous is Managing Director, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Texas Capital and a member of the Operating Council. He is responsible for leading the firm’s technology strategy and organization, including infrastructure, enterprise architecture, application development, data platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) enablement and information security.
Mo joined Texas Capital in July 2026, bringing more than two decades of experience driving large-scale technology transformation, modernizing banking platforms and delivering resilient, client-focused technology solutions across the financial services industry. Previously, he served as Chief Information Officer, Consumer, Business Banking & AI/ML Technologies for U.S. Bank, where he led technology strategy and delivery for consumer and business banking platforms, digital channels, data platforms and enterprise AI initiatives.
Prior to U.S. Bank, Mo was Head of Global Digital Technologies at BBVA, where he helped lead the bank’s global digital transformation and oversaw technology teams responsible for award-winning mobile and digital banking experiences across international markets. Earlier in his career, he held technology leadership positions at GameStop, Nationstar Mortgage, Koch Industries and Wolters Kluwer.
Mo earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Portland State University. He has been recognized for his leadership in technology innovation, including the 2025 Global CIO 100 Award and the Responsible AI Impact Award.
