Texas Capital, in partnership with The Business Journals, surveyed more than 650 business leaders across the state earlier this year to explore factors expected to impact businesses in the year ahead; leaders’ outlook on the state and national economies; and expectations surrounding revenue and expenditures in 2026. Results indicated a more optimistic outlook for Texas’ economy than the national economy this year.
