Charles Hyle is a Director of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. and currently serves as the Chair of the Risk Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Charles had a distinguished banking career with over 40 years of experience in lending, capital markets and risk management. He began his banking career at J.P. Morgan; held various positions at Barclays Capital in New York and London, including Managing Director of Global Portfolio Management; and later became Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Management Committee of Key Bank, a $91 billion retail, commercial and investment bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Hyle also served on its internal board.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Williams College, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
