Dale Tremblay was elected as a Director of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. in April 2011 and currently serves on the Audit Committee and the Governance & Nominating Committee. 

He previously served as President and CEO of C.H. Guenther & Son (dba Pioneer Flour Mills), one of the oldest, still privately held corporations in the United States. C.H. Guenther & Son is a food marketing and manufacturing firm with 24 plants in five countries.

Mr. Tremblay joined Guenther in May 1998 as Executive Vice President and COO and became President and CEO in April 2001. He currently serves as executive chairman for the company. Prior to Guenther, Mr. Tremblay was an executive with the Quaker Oats Company. He attended Michigan State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.

In addition to his duties at Guenther and TCBI, Mr. Tremblay also serves on the board of NatureSweet LTD, a branded tomato and produce marketer/manufacturer based in San Antonio. His board experience includes 13 years on the Clear Channel Outdoor Board (Audit and Compensation Committee), as well as time on the Federal Reserve of Dallas Advisory Board and the Michigan State University Finance Advisory Board.
