Steven P. Rosenberg has served on the Board of Directors of Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. since September 2001 and currently serves as a member of its Risk, Compensation & Human Capital Committees. He retired in 2018 as President of SPR Ventures, Inc., a private investment company, and SPR Packaging LLC, a manufacturer of flexible packaging for the food industry. He was a director of Texas Capital from 1999 to September 2001.
