Aimee Williams-Ramey is Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer, and a member of the Operating Committee at Texas Capital. She is responsible for advancing the firm’s human capital strategy, facilitating the framework and protocols that enable employee and company success and working closely with executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment on all human capital matters.
Aimee joined Texas Capital as Deputy General Counsel in May 2024, bringing more than 25 years of legal, corporate governance, human resources, ethics and compliance, regulatory, communications and operational experience to the firm. She assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2025. Prior to joining Texas Capital, she served as Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, President of International Operations and Interim Head of Human Resources at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: SIX), where she had wide-ranging legal, business and operational responsibilities and led Human Resources for more than 25,000 full-time and seasonal employees. Previously, Aimee held escalating roles at Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), most recently serving as its General Counsel and member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, she led Sabre’s legal and regulatory affairs, corporate and Board governance, ethics and compliance, labor and employment, data privacy, government relations, and safety and security across the Americas, Europe, Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific. Before joining Sabre, Aimee was the Regional Chief Counsel for FINRA’s West Region. Earlier in her career, Aimee was in private practice at several prominent law firms and was an auditor at Deloitte.
Aimee earned a Bachelor of Accountancy, summa cum laude and with honors, at the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she was a Sumners Scholar. She has been recognized in D CEO’s Corporate Counsel Awards and named in D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas and Best Women Lawyers in Dallas listings. Aimee is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and serves on the Board of Goodwill Dallas.
