Rob Ball is a Managing Director, Senior Private Client Advisor for Texas Capital Private Bank. Together, with a team of advisors, Rob delivers comprehensive advice including wealth advisory, investment management, custom credit solutions, personal trust services and concierge private banking to high-net-worth individuals and affluent families.
Rob joined Texas Capital in September 2015 as the leader of the private banking team in Houston. With over 25 years of banking experience, Rob joined Texas Capital from Amegy Bank where he served as private banking division manager.
A graduate of Ole Miss, Rob also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and the Graduate School of Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt University. Rob serves on the board of Houston Children’s Charities, is an emeritus member and former board member of The Children’s Fund and is actively involved with the local chapter of the American Leadership Forum.
Whitney Blair is Head of Estate Services and Senior Trust Officer for Texas Capital Private Bank. She leads the bank in providing professional, accountable, and impartial estate settlement services. She is also a member of the Trust Administration Committee.
Prior to joining Texas Capital Private Bank, Blair served as Senior Wealth Strategist for Central Texas at PNC Private Bank following its conversion from BBVA USA Wealth Management, where she previously served as Senior Trust Officer for Central Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and California. During her tenure with BBVA, she was a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Texas and the San Antonio Estate Planners Council. She also previously worked for Wells Fargo, NA, where she led the Mid-Atlantic Team of Estate Settlement Administrators.
Blair also spent five years in private legal practice in Boulder, Colorado, where she was a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association (BCBA). She served as co-chair of the Taxation, Estate Planning, and Probate Section for BCBA and was a member of the Boulder County Estate Planning Council. Prior, Blair spent five years at a boutique firm in Houston as a fiduciary litigation attorney.
Blair earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. She is a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, where she has been a licensed attorney since 2002. She was licensed in Colorado in 2008. Upon her recent return to Houston, Blair rejoined the Houston Bar Association and the Association of Women Attorneys.
Conlon Cash is Executive Director, Senior Investment Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. He works with high-net-worth clients to build tailored portfolios suited to help them meet their goals.
Conlon joined Texas Capital in September 2022. Previously, he served as a portfolio manager for Bank of America Private Bank, where he worked with clients to define their goals and determine appropriate asset allocation. In this role, he managed $600 million for high-net-worth clients, institutions and foundations in the Houston market, both independently and jointly with other market portfolio managers. Conlon began his tenure at Bank of America Private Bank as a portfolio manager associate. Prior, he served as an investment analyst for Cravens & Company Wealth Management.
Conlon earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tennessee Tech University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Sienna Gomez is an Associate at Texas Capital Private Bank. She works closely with the Private Client Advisor and Investment Advisor teams to holistically support high-net-worth individuals and assist in providing personal, customized solutions to protect and grow wealth with each client’s specific goals at the forefront of plans. She joined the firm in October 2023, bringing her unique financial background with her to help facilitate the growth of the Private Bank group.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, Sienna worked in Nashville, Tennessee as an Account Manager for KBFM LLC where she handled and advised on numerous financial aspects for her clients in the entertainment industry inclusive of songwriters, international touring artists, and management and publishing companies. She managed clients with various levels of net worth and was the main point of contact for them, their representatives, and other essential members of their team. She handled all accounts receivable and accounts payable while maintaining appropriate and personalized liquidity requirements, created and refined budgets, and tracked royalty income from multiple sources while also working in conjunction with other key team members to ensure overall financial stability for the client.
Sienna graduated from Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance.
Zach Granberry is Managing Director, Senior Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. He works with high-net-worth families and individuals, family offices, nonprofits and small businesses.
Zach joined Texas Capital in June 2019, bringing more than 30 years of banking and finance experience. He recently rejoined the Private Bank after spending a year and a half helping build out the Corporate Banking - Diversified Industries Houston office. While in Corporate Banking, he worked with companies with revenues of more than $300MM that did not fall into one of the firm’s verticals, delivering the corporate banking and investment banking platform to both private and public companies in the Houston market. Prior to joining Texas Capital, Zach was a director with Bernstein’s Houston Wealth Management Group. He was also an executive director for JPMorgan’s Private Banking group in Houston, responsible for relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments. Before that, he was with JPMorgan Technology, Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group; earlier, he was with JPMorgan Chase’s Large Diversified Corporate Finance Group in Dallas and in New York.
Zach earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration at Texas Tech University. He is a past board member of the Houston Club and has served on the board of directors of the West University Little League, the advisory committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Houston, the Houston Texans executive council and the Texas Bowl Advisory Committee. Zach is FINRA series 7, 63, 65 and 31 licensed.
Joseph Hill is Executive Director, Private Client Advisor for the Houston office of Texas Capital Private Bank. Together, with a team of Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors, Joseph helps to deliver comprehensive advice to high-net-worth individuals and affluent families. The team focuses on custom-tailored lending solutions, securities-based lines of credit, mortgages, ranch loans, wealth advisory services, investment management, personal trust services, and concierge private banking. The primary goal is to create intentional banking solutions designed to serve private wealth clients and their families.
Joseph joined Texas Capital in March 2023. He brings 29 years of banking experience to the organization. Prior to joining Texas Capital, Joseph was a Sr. Private Banker with PNC Private Bank. He has also held positions with Regions Private Bank, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and Truist Private Bank.
Michael J Krach, Jr., CFA is an Investment Advisor for Texas Capital Private Bank, with a focus on business owners, entrepreneurs and family offices. He is responsible for developing specific strategies across all asset classes, working with some of the wealthiest families and closely held businesses in Texas.
Prior to joining Texas Capital, Mike was a Senior Vice President and Regional Portfolio Advisor for Northern Trust, where he developed strategies across all asset classes for some of the largest clients in Texas. He was a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee (set strategy), as well as the Investment Advisory Committee (approved products). Mike created and managed the Dividend Growth Enhanced strategy, as well. Previously, Mike was an Executive Director and global investments specialist for J.P. Morgan, where he was responsible for delivering advice, strategy and solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families in Texas. He has also held roles as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Amegy Bank of Texas, as well as working in New York as a senior portfolio manager in the Global Wealth Management group at Citigroup Corporation (Legg Mason). Mike was a top-rated analyst from Commerce Bank in Kansas City, for a five-star rated mutual fund from the mid to late 90’s and has 25 years of experience formulating strategy and managing assets in various market conditions.
Mike graduated from The University of Iowa with a B.B.A., the University of Missouri with an M.B.A. and has also been a senior grader of CFA examinations. He is a CFA® charter holder.
Bud Landrum
Bud Landrum is Executive Director, Regional Advisory Leader at Texas Capital Private Bank. Prior to joining Texas Capital, he was with JP Morgan Private Bank and Wells Fargo Private Bank respectively and leverages 30 years of successful business experience.
Bud possesses an advanced level of skill in advising high-net-worth business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and families on holistic financial plans helping them to achieve their goals. He manages a very successful team of specialists as well as works with accountants and estate planning attorneys to deliver a custom, comprehensive strategy for clients.
A native of Houston, Bud graduated from Baylor University. He has been active in his community, served on the Cypress Christian School Board and provided leadership to multiple energy industry associations. On the weekends, Bud is the Voice of the CCS Warriors high school football, soccer, and track teams.
Diego Patino
Diego Patino is Executive Director, Senior Private Client Advisor at Texas Capital Private Bank. He leads a team of specialists who cater to the personal wealth management needs of high-net-worth individuals and their families, leveraging a customized, planning-based strategy to help clients meet their financial goals.
Diego joined Texas Capital in November 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Private Client Advisor for Bank of America Private Bank, focused on serving active and retired business owners, entrepreneurs and C-suite executives. Prior to that, he served as a private banker at Citi Private Bank, leading a team focused on providing wealth management services to top law firms and attorneys in the Houston and Austin markets.
Diego earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Financial Planner®. He is a member of the University of Houston Alumni Association and a volunteer with Star of Hope and the Houston Food Bank.
